AMOC Parts Service - Shipping Costs
Postage and packing charges for UK orders are automatically calculated by the online system and the costs
are displayed before the order is accepted.
If your order contains parts that are exceptionally heavy or costly to send (such as fork inner tubes),
your order will be placed on hold and separate communication quoting the delivery charges will be
advised before the order is taken.
Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
| UK |
Europe and ROI |
Outside Europe |
If your order amounts to less than 2 Kg in weight, The Royal Mail 48 hour service is used due to it's lower cost.
If the contents of the order exceed 2 Kg and the delivery address is in Northern Ireland,
the postage fees are calculated manually in the same way as European orders are processed.
For other UK orders exceeding 2 Kg, there is a fixed charge of £8.20
This includes tracking and email notification of progress.
A higher rate of £11.00 is charged for orders delivered to:
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Postcodes begining AB, DD, IV, HS, KW, PA, PH, ZE and some Glasgow codes (G82, G83, G84)
When ordering club tyres, there will be an additional delivery charge of £6 as
these items are shipped in an extra large package.
|
Shipments to Europe, ROI, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and USA will have two delivery options for a
standard low price delivery or a faster higher priced delivery. The low price delivery option is only
applied if the total weight of your package is less than or equal to 2 Kg.
After you have placed your order, your parcel will be weighed and the postage cost will be sent
to you by email. The postage cost is based upon the weight, the volumetric size of the
package and the shipment service selected. The minimum size of parcel is A4 to ensure the customs
paperwork can to be flat and easily read by the relevant officials.
Once you receive the email quotation, you can then make payment for the goods (including the
postage) and this will release the order ready to be despatched by our delivery company.

From 1 March 2026, both the French and Italian Governments introduced a €2 customs administration fee
for parcels sent for delivery from outside the EU with a value less than or equal to €150.
The fee applies to all items. At present, the fee will be collected directly by the local customs office.
Beginning on the 1 July 2026, a flat customs duty of €3 will apply to low-value e-commerce parcels
under €150 entering the EU. This measure is described as temporary and transitional, ahead of
broader EU customs reform and the implementation of a future more permanent regime. According to
the EU Council's release, the €3 duty will apply to all goods under €150,
and will apply per item classification. If a single parcel contains multiple different types of items,
the duty can stack.
Additionally, a separate EU "handling fee" remains under consideration, and individual member
states including France, Italy, Romania, Netherlands, and Belgium are currently reviewing
their own approaches.
